1. About this website

This website is operated by ESEFLAB sp. z o.o., Jurcz 17, 59-330 Ścinawa, Poland, KRS 0001261239, NIP 6922551757. Contact: ewothegame@gmail.com. It presents Equestrian World Online, a game currently in development, and lets visitors apply for early testing or possible paid creative work.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass security, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use automated tools to overload forms. The information on this waiting page is general and may change as development continues.

3. Tester applications

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• Applying does not guarantee selection, access, a particular testing date or continued participation.
• Early testing is voluntary and unpaid. It is not employment or a paid service.
• Pre-release builds may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or reset. Additional testing rules, including confidentiality requirements, may be presented before access is granted.

4. Artist applications

You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to share the portfolio you submit. Sending a portfolio does not create a contract, promise a commission or transfer any intellectual-property rights. Every paid commission requires separate agreement on scope, payment, deadlines, licences or transfer of rights before work begins.

5. Your submissions

You keep ownership of material and ideas you submit. You give us permission to view and internally share the submission only as needed to review it, contact you and organise recruitment. Do not send confidential third-party material or content you are not authorised to share.

6. Our content

The Equestrian World Online name, visual identity, artwork, text and other site materials belong to ESEFLAB sp. z o.o. or are used under licence. You may link to the public site and share ordinary social previews. Other copying, commercial use, modification or redistribution requires prior permission unless the law expressly allows it.

7. External links

Links to social platforms and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those services are operated by others and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

8. Availability and responsibility

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but a development page may occasionally be changed, interrupted or contain errors. Nothing here guarantees a final feature, release date or commercial offer. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Privacy, changes and law

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms when the site or recruitment changes. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of residence. Any dispute should first be raised with us at ewothegame@gmail.com.
